An Art Deco French photo frame featuring a finely cast swan with coppered highlights mounted on a marble base. The frame can be displayed in both portrait (26cm high) and landscape (20cm high) orientations. The marble plinth measures 38cm wide x 7cm deep, fitted with a glass panel of 24cm x 18cm. The swan is beautifully detailed with sweeping wings and elegant lines, typical of French Art Deco design of the 1920s–30s. Two tiny knocks to the marble corners are present, barely noticeable but mentioned for accuracy. A striking and rare decorative piece combining function with classic Art Deco style.
