A vintage solid sterling silver necklace featuring a classic Prince of Wales design, composed of fluted sliding beads in two sizes. The pendant arrangement includes a central large bead flanked by smaller beads, followed by another large bead on each side, and six smaller beads extending outward on both ends. The fine rope-pattern chain is exceptionally strong, with each link interlocked over three others for added durability. The clasp is a split pin bayonet type, in perfect working order and hallmarked “STERLING” to the outer edge, confirming U.S. origin. Maker’s initials are present but not fully legible. The necklace is in excellent condition with no damage and a soft, even age patina to the silver. It measures approximately 46.5cm in length. Bead sizes include three large beads at 10mm diameter and fourteen smaller beads at 8mm diameter. Total weight is 10.8g. A timeless and elegant design with fine craftsmanship. Made in the U.S.A.
